  • How do I enroll in a course?

    After setting up your profile, you may browse the course dashboard to know more about some courses we offer under each service category, including how to enroll.

  • How are your trainings conducted?

    In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we conduct our courses using synchronous and asynchronous learning activities, e.g., via Zoom (or alternative platforms if needed) and using our Human Capital Vantage Partners learning management system.

    We make sure that our virtual training is highly engaging and really focused on what matters to you.

    When the environment is safer for in-person meetings, we will continue to adapt to the learning dynamic specifically effective for you. Our hybrid approach may include a combination of remote coaching, blended learning, and in-person sessions with safety protocols in place.

  • How many participants do you usually accommodate?

    We put a premium to small-sized group interventions because we highly value the level and quality of engagement, participation, and individualized attention this brings for each participant and the group as a whole. However, according to client needs, we can design programs to accommodate bigger groups without sacrificing quality.

  • Can you accommodate clients outside of your local area?

    Yes, we can accommodate clients in any location for our virtual training and online courses. We also specialize in the Asian market particularly the Philippines, Singapore, and the Southeast Asia region.

  • What are your payment terms and methods?

    You may pay via bank deposit, bank transfer, or Paypal. Courses and training seats are booked and paid before the session. Consulting projects typically may be payable in two installments, upon signing of the service agreement and after the full delivery of service.

  • Do you have a refund policy for your courses?

    We are sorry that no refunds can be made upon payment confirmation. In the event of non-attendance due to sickness or emergencies, the registered participant may request in writing to [email protected]
    for the payment to be credited for another event, which will be subject to approval by
    VP Business Consultancy Phils.

    VP Business Consultancy Phils reserves the right to cancel (in the event of force majeure) or reschedule a session, as needed, in case of contingencies. We will exert all possible efforts to contact all registered participants and provide timely and relevant information in such an event.
