A Glimpse of our Brand Story

Our training consultancy practice started in Singapore with two founding partners, Ms. Isabel Ho and Ms. Patricia Berba, starting up Vantage Partners LLP in 2006. Inspired by the same corporate philosophy and building on the same flagship modules on Leadership and Team Development, VP Business Consultancy Phils was established in the Philippines in 2010, a Business Alliance Partner of Vantage Partners LLP in Singapore.

Our human capital developmental pathway is to personally embrace the life-guiding principles, actualize these through systems thinking, and create a transformative culture of mutual respect and collaborative trust among our network of stakeholders.
